Floyd’s Food Forever
Chef Floyd Cardoz was an Indian-born American chef whose lifetime work spanned countries & continents. He passed away in March 2020 from the Covid-19 virus. Beloved for the warmth and spice he infused into his cuisine & his playful and generous nature, Floyd’s legacy is captured through decades of restaurants, books, media collaborations, charitable events, and the brigade of hospitality folk who served with him. The Cardoz Legacy team is honored to carry his work forward.
